194 graduates under the Industrial Skills Qualification, ISQ and Level Two Apprenticeship programmes at the Brunei Institute of Technical Education, IBTE, received their certificates at the 33rd IBTE Convocation Ceremony.  It took place at Dewan Musyawarah, International Convention Centre in Berakas, 13th November afternoon.

Certificates were presented by Pengiran Datin Seri Paduka Dayang Hajah Zety Sufina binti Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Sani, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy for Fiscal.  The ceremony included the presentation of Academic Excellence Awards.
